Creating an account is free and required to participate in auctions. Simply click “Register”, provide your contact information.

To place a bid, you must first have an account. Please log in by clicking the Login button. If you do not yet have an account, select Register here.

1. Choose the vehicle on which you wish to bid.

2. Enter your bid amount and click the Place Bid button. Please note that your bid must exceed the starting price.

3. Confirm your bid by clicking the Confirm Bid button. Remember, all bids are binding and cannot be canceled or removed from the website.

4. Access My Dashboard and select My Bids to review your bidding history.

5. Monitor the auction countdown to determine if you have won one or more auctions.

6. Once the auction concludes, we will notify you via email regarding the outcome of your bids. You will receive a separate notification for each successful bid.

Upon successfully winning an auction, our system will automatically send a notification to the email address associated with the High “Bid” or “Buy Now” account.

This email will contain the invoice and detailed instructions to complete the purchase, including the necessary steps for making the payment via wire transfer.

Please be advised that payment for the vehicle and all associated assets can only be made through Bank Wire Transfer.

Auto Repo Hub, LLC does not accept any other form of payment, including Credit Cards, PayPal, Cashier’s Check, or vehicle trade-ins.

Making a bank wire transfer involves the following steps:

1. Contact your bank

2. Provide recipient details

3. Verify fees and exchange rates

4. Initiate the transfer

After completing the bank wire transfer, kindly upload the payment confirmation receipt as specified on the invoice.

All “Bids” or “Buy Now” are considered final, meaning that if your “Bid” or “Buy Now” is accepted, you are obligated to complete the purchase.

All assets are insured during transportation to provide you with peace of mind and protection throughout the delivery process.

Delivery time may vary depending on location. The maximum delivery time within the US is 14 days, while it’s 22 days for Canada.

Free delivery is provided for the first 1,000 miles. After that, a charge of $0.70 per mile applies.

Complimentary delivery applies to the first 1,000 miles. For distances beyond this, a flat rate of $0.70 per mile applies.

Vehicles are covered by a 6-Month Limited Warranty / 10,000 miles and a 14-Day reject or refund policy.
